After years of cooking for loved ones and clients alike, she began crafting her own small batch seasoning blends, built to deliver full, bold flavor while keeping sodium in check. Today, Chef Acree Heavenly Spice Blend Seasoning LLC is a family run business based in Valdosta, Georgia, offering signature seasonings, a cookbook, catering, cooking classes, and food safety training, all rooted in the same values: quality, wellness, and heart. Chef Tammy is also a ServSafe® Certified Instructor and Registered Proctor, helping fellow food professionals meet the highest standards of food safety.
